Vijana Africa works with communities worldwide to tackle the pressing issues surrounding conflict minerals in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). We focus on advocacy, measuring social impact, civilian protection, and community engagement to foster ethical mining practices, improve local livelihoods, and protect human rights.
Tech Peace for Congo creates a direct path for technology and electric vehicle companies to invest in education, community economic resilience, and peacebuilding in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We believe that the companies benefiting from DRC minerals should contribute transparently to the communities where those minerals originate.
Our model is simple: $1 per device sold (or $20 per EV) funds measurable local outcomes. Every dollar is tracked publicly, with quarterly reporting and independent annual review. This isn't about certification - it's about accountability and real impact.
