Our Work

Peace needs more than one path.

Education, peacebuilding, youth leadership, and responsible technology belong in the same conversation. Explore the programs shaping our vision of a future beyond conflict.

Our work moves on three levels: evidence that explains the conflict, systemic change that addresses its causes, and community-led action that meets people where they are.

Three pillars, four areas of work

Where our mission takes shape.

Our work spans four connected areas, each tied to one of our three strategic pillars and to the flagship platforms and programs below.

Education for All

Through the Vijana Mobile School and community-based learning initiatives, we expand educational opportunities for children and young people affected by conflict, displacement, and limited access to digital resources.

Part of Education and Youth Development

Non-Military Peacebuilding

We work with youth, faith leaders, educators, and communities to encourage dialogue, nonviolence, social cohesion, and locally led approaches to conflict transformation.

Part of Peacebuilding, Civilian Protection and Social Cohesion

Economic Empowerment

We support the knowledge, skills, leadership, and community relationships that help young people pursue entrepreneurship, livelihoods, and economic resilience.

Part of Economic Empowerment and Community Resilience

Ethical Sourcing and Responsible Technology

We engage communities, institutions, researchers, and technology stakeholders in conversations and initiatives that promote responsible mineral supply chains, accountability, and greater benefits for Congolese communities.

Connects research, policy, and advocacy across all three pillars

Our flagship platforms

Systemic change, made visible.
