At the start of the 2025–2026 school year, 61% of children in the Vijana Mobile School program reported being unfamiliar with tablets or lacking access to one. By the program’s field-team assessment at year’s end, 92% had developed digital-tool skills — a self-reported, internal measure, not an independently validated result.

The program reached 160 children (78 girls, 82 boys) across eight partner schools in and around Goma, bringing tablets, learning materials, and trained facilitators directly into classrooms.
